Borough of Hellertown: Municipal offices are closed.

Post Office: Closed. There will be no mail delivery.

Garbage: In Hellertown, residents who have Monday garbage pick-up will have collection on Tuesday.

Banks: Most banks will be closed.

Retail: Most retail, dining and entertainment establishments will be open.

Federal: All federal offices are closed.

State: All state offices are closed, including PennDOT driver's license centers.

County: All Northampton County offices are closed.

Courts: Federal, state and county courts are closed.
