A Lower Saucon Township woman will be cited for harassment because of the alleged incident, police said.

Lower Saucon Township Police say a Mattis Street resident will be cited for harassment, because she allegedly banged on her ceiling, "causing an autistic child to be frightened" in an adjacent home.
