Lower Saucon Township police say a township resident was charged with destruction of a survey monument after she allegedly moved stakes that were put in her neighbor's ground as part of a recent property survey.

According to police, Lori Remaly, of the 1500 block of Hafler Road, allegedly moved the stakes at 3180 Apples Church Road earlier this month.

"The survey stakes did appear to be removed and placed in an incorrect area," police said in a news release.
