Woodland Road Home Invasion Victim Identified
Police say Dominic Albanese was the victim of an assault that occurred when his home on Woodland Road, Lower Saucon Township, was entered by unidentified assailants July 13.

In a press release issued Friday, police identified the man who was assaulted during the home invasion-robbery as Domenic Albanese.
Albanese, who reportedly suffered head lacerations, was identified by police as a resident of the home.

He was treated and released at St. Luke's University Hospital in Fountain Hill, police said.
According to Northampton County property records, the owner of the home is Carin Radogna, of Bangor, who the Express-Times identified as the widow of slain Easton police officer Jesse Sollman.

Radogna was the recipient of a multi-million dollar settlement by the City of Easton after filing a wrongful death lawsuit related to Sollman's death.
The Express-Times story indicated that Radogna and her husband and Albanese and his wife are currently involved in a complicated legal dispute involving the 44-acre Woodland Road property.
Northampton County Judge Leonard Zito heard arguments related to the ownership dispute on Friday, and ruled that the Radognas must be escorted by police or a state constable if they visit the property, the newspaper reported Saturday.
It was also revealed during Friday's court proceedings that gunshots were fired in the home during the invasion-robbery, the article stated.
Lower Saucon Police said the 2010 Chrysler Town and Country minivan that was reported stolen during the home invasion had been recovered as of Friday.
