• Deputy Police Chief Retiring In Horsham (patch.com) — Horsham Township’s longtime Deputy Police Chief Adam Dunning is set to retire early next year after 27 years with the local department, including nearly two years as deputy chief. Dunning, one of only two Horsham officers honored for valor, has served in roles from dispatcher to detective sergeant and specialized task forces, and was publicly recognized for his leadership during the recent Blue Light Ceremony.
   

• Montgomery County food safety inspections found roach carcasses and rodent dropping throughout (readingeagle.com) — Recent Montgomery County health inspections included two spots tied to Horsham: Pho Viet Thai on Easton Road in Horsham and Bull & Barrel on Horsham Road in Montgomeryville, both cited for missing certified food safety managers and basic handwashing supplies. The long list of countywide violations ranges from rodent droppings and dead roaches to improper food storage and sanitizer issues, with deadlines for fixes and possible legal action if problems persist.
   

• Upper Merion Township Police Department Honors Fallen Officers (crimewatchpa.com) — Horsham Township Police hosted the 27th Annual Project Blue Light ceremony, where Upper Merion officers joined to honor Montgomery County law enforcement officers who died in the line of duty. Earlier that day, Upper Merion police placed a wreath at Officer Michael Saulin’s gravesite, tying their remembrance to the countywide event in Horsham.
