"Giving back to our local community and living the Subaru Love Promise is an essential component of our operations, and we're thrilled to provide this support," he said in a statement.
The donation coincided with La Salle Academy's yearlong 20th anniversary celebration, the dealership said.
The recent assembly during which the donation was revealed was also the first time La Salle Academy students and teachers were able to gather in person since the start of the global COVID-19 pandemic.
"La Salle Academy has been a blessing each year since we opened, but this year we plan to celebrate every student, family, donor and Board member," senior Jeanne McGowan said in a statement.
Glanzmann Subaru said it has been partnering with La Salle Academy for 12 years now, part of an overall commitment to support area educational institutions and other nonprofits and community organizations.
La Salle Academy Principal Teresa Diamond stated that the school is thankful for the dealership's continued support throughout the years.
"Building our science program is a focus for us this year and this donation will help us emphasize science and show off our new STEM lab where students can work on projects," she said in a statement.
