2 Horsham Roads Remain Closed From Storm
Horsham ChATs said the roads are closed Wednesday due to power outages from high winds caused by the recent storm.
HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA —Two township roads remain closed Wednesday morning due to PECO crews trying to restore power from a storm that brought wind gusts between 50-60 mph, authorities said.
Horsham Community Police Services said that the Horsham Township Fire Department had numerous reports from the recent storm of power outages from sparking wires and fires due to fallen trees and branches across electrical wires.
On Tuesday morning, Horsham ChATs reported that eight roads were closed as PECO crews worked to restore power. One area hit hard was the Talamore section of the township.
