Apartment Plan, Graffiti Ordinance to be Considered This Week

See what's happening this week in Hatboro and Horsham.

The Hatboro Borough Council will hold a conditional use hearing Monday at 6:30 p.m. to consider allowing the 87-unit housing development planned for the former Cosmopolitan Motors to move forward. Click here for more information on the plan.

The meeting will be held at borough hall, 414 S. York Road. Following the conditional use hearing, the governing body will consider authorizing advertisement of a graffiti ordinance. If enacted, victims of graffiti who fail to remove or cover it would be fined. Click here for more on that potential ordinance.
