Boston Marathon Finish Line Bombed, Horsham Runner Safe
According to the Boston Athletic Association website, a man from Horsham was registered to run in the race.

A 49-year-old Horsham man was among the individuals registered for the Boston Marathon where explosions near the finish line killed at least three people and injured more than 140, according to CNN.
According to the Boston Athletic Association website, the lone entrant from Horsham was registered to run in the race. His wife, Beth Salamone, emailed Patch Monday evening to say that her husband Bill "finished well before the blasts."
"My family is safe," Mrs. Salamone wrote.

Jim Lombardi, president of Ambler Area Running Club, said several members ran in the marathon.
"So far all that we've heard from were not injured," Lombardi said. "Our thoughts and prayers go out to those affected."
