Winter Solstice Sound Bath

Join Jenna Dreams to celebrate the magic of the solstice. This deeply restorative sound bath will honor the Winter Solstice and offer time for reflection, renewal, and the return of the light.
We will begin with a guided meditation to ground our energy, connect with the solstice’s themes of transition, and set heartfelt intentions for the season ahead. From there, the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes & gentle song will guide us into deep relaxation, helping to release what no longer serves us and welcome the light of possibility.
This is a time to pause, reflect, and celebrate the shift towards brighter days while embracing the stillness and wisdom of winter
We’ll provide mats, bolsters, and blankets for your comfort, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Simply arrive as you are, ready to relax, reflect, and connect with the quiet energy of the season.
