We believe everyone deserves access to wellness. Our classes are free, with a donate-what-you-can option—no pressure, no judgment.
This gentle practice is suitable for all levels, including beginners. In Gentle Yoga, movements are slow, supportive, and guided with care. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and honor what feels right in their body, with options offered throughout the class to ensure comfort, safety, and ease.
