York Road Crash Under Investigation In Hatboro

Hatboro Police are investigating a crash on Tuesday morning at the York and Horsham road intersection that involved a pedestrian.

HATBORO, PA — The Hatboro Borough Police Department is investigating a crash involving a pedestrian on Tuesday morning at the intersection of York and Horsham roads near the Wawa convenience store.

The area was closed for several hours before reopening late Tuesday morning, borough officials said.

Borough officials said they received numerous calls about traffic, which was diverted to some borough neighborhoods due to the crash.

"We are aware many were inconvenienced this morning, as well as an increase in traffic in your neighborhoods," officials said.

Officials said the police department will provide an update on the crash when more details become available.

Officials said the Enterprise Fire Company was at the crash scene assisting police with injuries and getting the road reopened.

"We have limited staff, and when an incident or accident happens and necessitates several roads being closed, we utilize all resources available," officials said.
