Fire Damages Home In Horsham Township

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — The Horsham Township Fire Department and mutual aid companies help keep damage to a minimum during a house fire on Friday afternoon.

Firefighters responded to a house fire in the 300 block of Highgate Drive, Horsham ChATs said.

Due to the quick work of the first fire truck on the scene, the damage to the house was minimal. Horsham Community Police Services said.

There were no injuries reported.

The family was assisted on the scene by members of the township's Department of Emergency Management.

Highgate Drive was closed for the fire, but has now reopened to all traffic.
