More than 500 properties are on the list for the Montgomery County sheriff's sale on Wednesday, including 15 in Hatboro and Horsham.
The sale starts at 1 p.m. in Court Room A at the Montgomery County Court House in Norristown.
Each buyer must have a minimum total bid available for each property to sell, and the winning bidder must have 10 percent of the sale price at the auction; the remaining portion is due within ten days of the sale.
