Hatboro-Horsham School Board Primary Election: Unofficial Results

HATBORO / HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — Polls have now closed as Hatboro and Horsham Township residents cast votes in the contested school board race in Tuesday's primary election.

Ten candidates are seeking five, four-year terms on the Hatboro-Horsham School Board.

For the past few years, residents in Hatboro and Horsham — which make up the Hatboro-Horsham School District — have seen taxes continue to rise.

For the 2024-2025 school budgets, residents are paying 3.52 percent more in taxes. The tax hike was the second highest since the Act 1 Index began.

The district increased taxes by 3.68 percent the year before. That tax hike was the highest since the 2008-2009 school year, according to figures provided by the school district.

Results by the Montgomery County Board of Elections are unofficial until they are certified at a later date.
