Hatboro Man Found With 'Significant' Marijuana Stash
The 32-year-old Hatboro driver was pulled over by Warrington police for having a suspended vehicle registration.
HATBORO, PA — A 32-year-old borough man faces drug possession charges after a traffic stop by police in Warrington yielded a "significant amount" of suspected marijuana.
The incident happened Feb. 25 when Warrington Township Police stopped a car at Street and Valley roads for a suspended vehicle registration.
During the stop, police officers detected a strong odor of fresh marijuana emitting from the vehicle.

When officers asked the driver if there was any marijuana in the vehicle, he said, “No, there shouldn’t be."
A search of the vehicle uncovered a significant amount of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the police station, where he was processed and released.
He is charged with possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving a vehicle on a suspended registration.
