Joe, who was laid off in February from his sales and marketing job, said he and Bonnie decided that he could use his career experience "to get this off the ground."
"Bonnie’s got the passion for health and nutrition," he said. "Bonnie has been reading and researching all her life on this."

The hope is for the new business to "fill a niche for all-natural products that we don’t really see around here," he said.
In addition to carrying bath and body products, Mr. Grossman said the store will stock nutritional supplements like whey proteins, as well as vitamins, dietary aids, homeopathic remedies and vegan and gluten-free items.
"Everything is handmade," he said.
