Daniel Baumher, 31, of Warrington, was found laying in a grassy section of the 1200 block of Easton Road in Horsham on Wednesday at 2:48 a.m. He was said to have had difficulty maintaining his balance, the scent of alcohol in his mouth and slurred speech. Baumher received a public drunkenness citation and was released to family.
