Before pleading guilty, Miller was originally charged with an additional two felonies and one misdemeanor, but those charges were dropped in exchange for the admission, records show.
The Mercury reported that the investigation into Miller stemmed from an anonymous ChildLine referral that alleged a possible assault on a young boy.
The victim, whose family was friends with Miller, reportedly told social workers that Miller had touched him in an indecent manner in June 2020, as well as on subsequent occasions, the story states.
Court records show that in addition to the jail sentence, DelRicci also ordered Miller to undergo a psychiatric evaluation and partake in sex offender treatment, that he have no contact with the victim, that he has no contact with minors without supervision, that he undergoes sex offender supervision, and that he complies with Megan's Law sex offender registration.
Records show that Miller was represented by Bucks County-based defense attorney David William Zellis.
