Man Charged With Aggravated Assault By Vehicle In Hatboro
Hatboro Police said the Brooklyn, N.Y., man has an alcohol blood level three times the legal limit in the North York Road crash in April.

HATBORO, PA — A New York man has been charged with aggravated assault by vehicle for allegedly causing a two-vehicle crash with injuries in April, police said.
The Hatboro Borough Police Department arrested and charged Giorgi Iordanishvili, of Brooklyn, N.Y., with aggravated assault by vehicle while driving drunk, and related charges.
Hatboro Police Officers responded to the intersection of North York Road and East County Line Road for a two-vehicle accident with injuries at 8:54 p.m. on April 2.

An investigation revealed that Iordanishvili was traveling north on North York Road when he veered into oncoming traffic, causing a head-on collision with another vehicle.
The collision resulted in one of the passengers in the other vehicle sustaining a fractured pelvis, police said.

Iordanishvili's blood alcohol level was found to be more than three times the legal limit to operate a motor vehicle, police said.
