Members of the Horsham Business Association and township officials gathered on Monday for the grand re-opening of Salon 463.
The renovated building at 701 Horsham Road now serves as home to Salon 463, Jr. Quigley Home Remodeling, and Brows by Bree & Company, a vibrant mix of local businesses dedicated to serving the Horsham area.
