PECO Gas Main Project Starts For A Month In Hatboro

HATBORO, PA — PECO will begin replacing natural gas equipment on Warminster Road between Byberry Road and Manor Road starting next Monday.

Borough officials said the work will take place Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is expected to be completed in November.

The work will be performed by Utility Line Services, a qualified PECO contractor.

Property owners in the area have been mailed notices directly by PECO containing information on the scope of work. Work may take place in the street, on sidewalks or on individual properties.

Officials said while work is taking place, there will be temporary lane closures.

Drivers may experience delays when traveling through the area while work is taking place. The borough recommends seeking alternative routes until the project is completed.
