Pedestrian Identified In Fatal Hatboro Crash

Hatboro Police said a 70-year-old borough man was struck and killed by a car on Tuesday morning at a key intersection.

HATBORO, PA — A 70-year-old borough man was struck and killed by a car while walking at a key intersection early Tuesday morning, police said.

The Hatboro Borough Police Department identified the victim as Gregory Nolan, 70, of Hatboro.

Police responded at 7:25 a.m. on Tuesday to the intersection of South York Road and Horsham Road near the Wawa convenience store for a pedestrian struck by a car.

Nolan was taken to Abington Jefferson Hospital, where he died from his injuries.

Police said the driver remained on the scene and was cooperating with police during the investigation, which is ongoing.
