Police: Semi-Conscious Man Drunk in Public

The following information was provided by the Hatboro Police Department.

Public Drunkenness

A 49-year-old Hatboro man was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct on Jan. 17 at 2:05 a.m. when police said he was found "semi-conscious" lying in an East Moreland Avenue parking lot.

• A 47-year-old Hatboro man was arrested and cited for on Jan. 16 at 3:38 a.m. for public drunkenness when officers investigated a disturbance in the 50 block of South Penn Street. 
• A 30-year-old Hatboro man was cited for public drunkenness on Jan. 12 at 8:43 p.m. when police investigated a disturbance in the 100 block of East Moreland Avenue.

Driving Under the Influence

A 22-year-old Philadelphia woman was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of alcohol or drugs and related traffic offenses, when officers investigated a single-vehicle crash in the 200 block of East County Line Road.

Assault 

A 32-year-old Hatboro man was arrested for simple assault and harassment when officers investigated a disturbance in the 30 block of South York Road. He was arraigned before District Justice John Kessler of Abington and was released on $5,000 bail.

 Criminal trespass

On Wednesday, January 16^th, at 12:18pm, A Pineville man was cited for Criminal Trespass when a patrol officer found him trespassing on the SEPTA train tracks in the area of Meadowbrook Avenue.

Disorderly Conduct

A 34-year-old Hatboro woman was cited for disorderly conduct on Jan. 15 at 8:42 a.m. for allegedly smoking marijuana on Belmar Road.
