Power Outages, Road Closures Reported In Horsham
Horsham ChATs said several roads remain closed Tuesday morning due to the recent storm.

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA —There are multiple road closures in the township Tuesday due to PECO crews trying to restore power from a storm that brought wind gusts between 50-60 mph, authorities said.
Horsham Community Police Services said that the Horsham Township Fire Department had numerous reports from the recent storm of power outages from sparking wires and fires due to fallen trees and branches across electrical wires.
There were also calls for a carbon monoxide detector alarm and several smoke alarms.

The Fire Police were also called out for a downed tree and wires at Dresher Road and Pine Avenue.
PECO has been dealing with the power outages in the township and throughout Montgomery County and the Philadelphia region.

One area hit hard was the Talamore, Horsham ChATs said.
Multiple road closures continue Tuesday morning as PECO crews work to restore power.
The road closures are:
1) Dresher Road and Pine Ave.
2) Herman Road between Wynmere Road and Downey Dr.
3) County Line Road between Oak Ridge Drive and Park Road.
4) Davis Grove Road at Willowbrook Road (partial closure-one lane).
5) Cedar Hill Road at Pointe Hill Drive
6) Old Mann Road at Witmer Road
7) The 600 block of Mann Road
8. Eastbound Welsh Road between Mann Road and Chapel Hill West
Horsham ChATs said residents should drive cautiously, give themselves extra time, and not drive around barricades.
