This weekend is teeming with activity, including Second Saturday Hatboro and an open house for Horsham Fire Company.

SECOND SATURDAY HATBORO
Where/when: Downtown Hatboro Saturday from noon to 6 p.m.

Why go: Stroll the borough’s shopping district for specials at select merchants and hear rock tunes from Mojo and the Helper Monkeys at Village Pretzel, 36 S. York Road. Enterprise Fire Company will hold an open house from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at its station, 36 Byberry Road.

FIRE PREVENTION OPEN HOUSE
Where/when: Horsham Fire Company Battalion 2, 1023 Horsham Road, Horsham, Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Why go: The firehouse will be open for tours and demonstrations.

WALK TO RAISE AWARENESS OF DISABILITIES
Where/when: Hatboro Baptist Church, 32 N. York Road, in Hatboro on Saturday. Registration begins at 10 a.m. and the walk begins at 10:30 a.m.
Why go: Hosted by State Rep. Tom Murt, the walk’s purpose is to raise greater awareness of intellectual disabilities.

GOLF MEETS THE THEATER STAGE
Where/when: The Village Players of Hatboro, 401 Jefferson Ave., are staging the comedy, “The Fox on the Fairway” on Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.
Why go: You don’t have to be a golf pro to find humor in this golf-centric farce.
Cost: Tickets cost $12 on Saturday and $10 on Sunday.
CLOTHING CARNIVAL ARRIVES
Where/when: 263 Marketplace, 700 York Road, Warminster, Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday noon to 4 p.m.
Why go: Find children's consignment bargains on fall/winter clothes, sports equipment, toys and more.
