BEEKEEPING

Where/when: 435 W. Glenside Ave., Glenside, Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Why go: This 101 for beginners gives an introduction to bees and beekeeping, including hive set up, what to expect during a typical harvest year and informative bee facts.

“THE SURVEY SAYS…” GAME SHOW NIGHT

Where/when: 1031 Totem Road, Bensalem, Saturday from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Why go: Enjoy a night out night out featuring game shows that are loaded with trivia, video, music, facts and puzzles.

Cost: $40 (includes appetizers, soft drinks and prizes).

HURRICANE SANDY BENEFIT CONCERT

Where/when: Puck, 1 Printers Alley, Doylestown, Friday 8 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Why go: Proceeds from the night’s performances will benefit the MusiCares organization.
