Five Things to Know Today: Jazz Festival, Mommy Market and More
There's a comedy night benefiting Easter Seals at 8 p.m. at the Crystal Rose Catering & Conference Center in Montgomeryville, featuring comedian Jimmy Carroll.
1. Mater Dei Catholic School, 493 E. Main St., hosts its first-ever Archdiocesan Jazz Festival at 7 p.m. in the school gym. Elementary and middle school bands from around Philadelphia, including Mater Dei's own band,The Jazz Masters, will perform and compete for awards.
2. A Mommy Market is being held at York Avenue Elementary School today.
3. Kiwanis Storytime today at 10:30 with Debra Hawk, of the Lansdale Kiwanis Club. This month’s them is “birds.”
