Franconia Woman Gets Probation for Buying Gun for 20-Year-Old Lower Salford Man
Denielle Wolf, 23, of Allentown Road, was sentenced to five years' probation for lying on paperwork to purchase a gun for the 20-year-old Jaleel Cole

Denielle M. Wolf, 23, of the 400 block of Allentown Road, Franconia Township, was sentenced to five years’ probation for lying on paperwork she completed to purchase a handgun in March 2011 at American Arms and Ammo in Hatfield, according to Margaret Gibbons of The Intelligencer.
Wolf must also perform 20 hours of community service.
Wolf bought the handgun for Jaleel Cole, who was 20 at the time, according to the article.

Cole was sentenced to one to five years in prison, according to the article.
Cole, of the 200 block of Parkview Drive, Lower Salford, was found guilty of possessing a gun with a license and conspiracy to possess a gun without a license, according to the article.

Pennsylvania State Police were informed of the purchase by an employee, who became suspicious Cole, who accompanied Wolf to the shop, started taking photos of guns for sale, according to the article.
Wolf was purchasing a Taurus 24-7 .45-caliber pistol, according to the article. The employee thought it was unusual that a small, young woman was buying the large handgun, according to the article.
Cole was seen by police leaving Wolf’s residence. He was nabbed after pulling into a driveway in Lower Salford, according to the article. The loaded handgun was found under the passenger seat, according to the article.
