The GoFundMe says that Williams was a beloved "son, brother, grandson, cousin, nephew and friend," who was "everyone we aspired to be: kind, generous, thoughtful and loving. His beautiful smile lit up the room and brought people together. His determined spirit will live on in us eternally. He cared so much about all his family and numerous friends."
The site says that the Williams family is devastated at the loss of the boy, and that the fund was set up to help ease the financial burden on the family relating to medical and funeral costs.
