His ambition! Goes to school while also attending career study at ESI. After all that he runs his own mobile detailing business 7 days a week. He started detailing at 16. Clients would be dropped off and picked up at our house. Once Will got his license he was determined to be fully mobile! We bought him his pick up and he designed the bed layout for his equipment with the knowledge he learned while working at ESI. What's one thing you want everyone to know about your graduating student nominee?

He’s motivated and continues to work harder than any 18 year old I know.
