Lansdale Homicide Victim Was Targeted in Shooting, Police Say

An investigation into the deadly Saturday shooting is ongoing.

LANSDALE, PA — Homicide detectives in Lansdale now say the Saturday shooting that killed Ebony Pack was not a random act.

In a news release on Wednesday, police said an investigation into the shooting is ongoing. Investigators believe Pack, 30, was the intended target of the shooting.

Pack was shot just before 10 p.m. in the area of East Hancock Street and Church Road. She was found to have been shot several times inside a Nissan sedan.

The victim was taken to Abington-Lansdale hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
