For $7, this picture from March 19, 1973 Lansdale can be yours from eBay.
According to the picture description, an AP photographer coincidentally captured a hitchhiker next to a sign outside of a Lansdale area day care advertising to boycott the high prices of meat and instead "Suck Your Thumb."
Per the caption, the sign captured commuters' eyes as they drove toward a local supermarket.
