Elm Terrace Gardens in Lansdale will be hosting a family-only 105th birthday celebration for resident Harry Newman. Drivers can honk.

LANSDALE, PA — A man who has resided at the Elm Terrace Gardens retirement community for the past nine-and-a-half years will be treated to a special birthday celebration next week in honor of his turning 105 years old.
Elm Terrace Gardens put out a statement saying they will honor the birthday of Harry Newman during a family-only event, although drivers who find themselves passing by the retirement facility on Jan. 19 a little after 12 noon are welcome to honk their horns in honor of Newman, a Philadelphia native who spent his life in both the city and Montgomery County.
