Local Tap To Open This Month In Lansdale

Local Tap, expected to open this month on S. Broad Street in Lansdale, will sell locally sourced beer, wine, spirits, and coffee.

LANSDALE, PA — Local Tap, a business that will sell locally sourced beer, wine, spirits, and coffee, is expected to open this month in Lansdale.

The business, spearheaded by the Doylestown Brewing Co., will be located on South Broad Street in the Pavilion Shopping Center.

It will feature 24 taps of Pennsylvania beers. Lansdale breweries will be featured, plus, of course those by Doylestown Brewing Co. and other local selections. Patrons will be able to buy six packs and cases there as well.

But beer isn't the only beverage on the menu. Local Tap will also feature Pennsylvania wines and Lansdale's own Boardroom Spirits, as well as locally roasted coffees.

A specific opening date has not yet been set, but Local Tap has indicated on its social media channels an October opening is expected. Patch has reached out for more details, check back for updates.

Local Tap is currently hiring bartenders, according to a job posting on Facebook. Candidates must have experience as a mixologist with "excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks." Interested applications should submit a resume to LocalTapPA@gmail.com.
