Among the many goals of the project, the district identified priorities as ADA access throughout the building, future-focused educational spaces, upgraded hallway organization to minimize congestion, increased sunlight in classrooms, improved lighting and HVAC, new performing arts program spaces, and more.

The ceremony is set for 6 p.m. on May 19, and will be held at the Rick Carroll Natatorium on 1340 Valley Forge Road. The public is invited to the event. A small number of commemorative tiles from the "tile breaking" portion of the ceremony will be distributed to those in attendance.
