Man Photographed Woman Changing In Montco Store Dressing Room: Reports
Eleazar Gonzalez-Franco, 42, of Delaware, is accused of using a cellphone camera to try and spy on a woman changing clothes at a store.
MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP, PA — A Delaware State man stands accused of using a cellphone camera to try and record images of a woman changing clothes inside of a local store dressing room in this Montgomery County community.
Eleazar Gonzalez-Franco, 42, of Newark, DE, was arrested earlier this month by Montgomery Township Police and charged with two misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy along with a summary offense of disorderly conduct in connection with an incident that took place at the Montgomeryville Goodwill Outlet earlier this summer, according to court records and media reports.
The website NorthPennNow reported that the incident took place in early June when a woman contacted police to say she was changing in the dressing room when she bent over to pick up items and discovered that a cellphone was placed under the dressing room door with the camera pointed upward.

The story says that the defendant fled the area, and that while local police were initially unable to locate him, the defendant was eventually caught after police traced the license plate from his vehicle.
The NorthPennNow story says that after the victim reportedly caught Gonzalez-Franco in the act, the man had allegedly been pretending to look at furniture directly outside of the fitting room area.

Court records show that Gonzalez-Franco was arraigned on Aug. 24 before Magisterial District Court Judge Henry Schireson.
He was released from custody after posting $5,000 unsecured bail, according to the criminal docket sheet in the case.
A preliminary hearing had originally been scheduled for Sept. 6, but the proceeding has since been continued to Oct. 25 before Magisterial District Court Judge Andrea Hudak Duffy, court records show.
Records show that Gonzalez-Franco is being represented by defense attorney Antonetta Stancu of Furling, Pa.
