Montgomery Mall Was Reportedly Sold To A NY Real Estate Group For $55 Million
The Montgomery Mall had been in foreclosure. It was reportedly recently sold to New York-base Kohan Retail Investment Group For $55 Million.

NORTH WALES, PA — The Montgomery Mall appears to have a new owner as it is being reported that the suburban shopping destination was sold in a foreclosure deal to New York-based Kohan Retail Investment Group.
A Montgomery County judge recently signed an order approving the sale to Montgomery Mall Realty Holdings, an entity of Kohan that purchased the 1.1-million-square-foot property, according to a report on NBC 10 Philadelphia, which cited the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Patch reached out to Kohan Retail Investment to try and confirm the sale but did not immediately hear back from a company representative.
