New Krispy Kreme Shop To Open In North Wales

The new "hot light theater" donut shop is bringing 80 new jobs to the local area.

NORTH WALES, PA — Donut chain Krispy Kreme is expanding its operations in Montgomery County with a new shop in North Wales.

A grand opening will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 6 at 1281 Knapp Road in Montgomery Square.

“Our amazing North Wales shop will treat residents and commuters to the world’s most delicious doughnuts,” said Lisa Hufford, Krispy Kreme District Manager. “It’s special for Krispy Kreme to return to North Wales and we look forward to serving the community and treating everyone to the most awesome doughnut experience imaginable.”

The new 4,073 square foot shop will bring 80 new jobs to the area.

Krispy Kreme is offering a "celebration ticket" to 120 random guests worth a dozen free original glazed donuts every month for a year. Tickets will be issued throughout the opening week.

The shop will be open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
