New Tavern In Hatfield To Hold Grand Opening This Week
The tavern has drawn rave reviews for its food, and has offered affordable specials like dollar dog day and $7 cheesesteaks.
HATFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — A new tavern in Hatfield that has drawn rave reviews for food and environment during its "soft" opening will hold a grand opening later this week.
Poppy's Tavern, located at 64 East Lincoln Avenue, is situated in the former location of Hattricks Sports Bar and Grill.
The grand opening will be held on Friday, Sept. 6 and feature live music from The Keystone Breakers. The event starts at 5 p.m.

The tavern has been running various specials, including $7 cheesesteaks, $6 burgers as well as $1 hot dogs $2 PBR during a Sunday Phillies game.
Other menu items include fajita bowls, homemade wonton shrimp cups, watermelon feta salad, Mississippi Mud cake, and more.
