Protesters and community organizers will gather in Lansdale later this month in protest of President Trump's administration.
LANSDALE, PA — Another round of nationwide "No Kings" protests against President Trump's administration will be held this month, with a local event planned in Lansdale.

"Our peaceful movement is only getting bigger and stronger," organizers said in a statement. "'No Kings' is more than just a slogan, it’s the foundation our nation was built upon. Born in the streets, carried by millions in chants and on posters, it echoes from city blocks to rural town squares, uniting people across this country to fight dictatorship together."
The Lansdale event is being put together by Community for Change.

Organizers said that nonviolence is a "core principle" of the protest and that all participants are expected to de-escalate any potential confrontations.
The Lansdale protest is one of several in the Philadelphia suburbs leading up to the major event in the city on Oct. 18.
The first round of "No Kings" events were held back in June around the nation.
