North Penn Holds Remote Learning Day Due To Snow

LANSDALE, PA — The snowy weather led the North Penn School District to declare a remote learning day on Monday, Jan. 6.

The virtual instruction day covered all North Penn schools.

"Due to expected inclement weather, all NPSD schools will have an asynchronous virtual instructional day on Monday, January 6, 2025," the district's announcement read. "All NPSD staff will work virtually unless otherwise directed by your supervisor. All school buildings and offices will be closed. No transportation will be provided for public, outside services, or non public schools."

North Penn was among a large number of local districts that declared a virtual instruction day Monday, including neighboring Wissahickon.
