North Wales Police Are Searching For A Driver Who Struck A Pedestrian And Then Fled
The incident happened last weekend at just before 6:30 in the evening along South Main and Shearer Streets in North Wales.
NORTH WALES, PA — Local police are searching for a driver who struck a pedestrian last weekend and the left the person injured and unattended to.
North Wales Police say the incident happened on March 5 at around 6:24 p.m. at the intersection of South Main and Shearer Streets in the borough.
Police officers and emergency medical personnel were dispatched to the scene, where they discovered a man who had been hit by a motor vehicle.

While medical staff rendered aid to the person, police officers searched the area for the offending driver, but their attempts to locate the individual were unsuccessful.
North Wales Borough posted photos on its Facebook page of the suspect and the vehicle that was involved in the incident.

The vehicle in the still photo taken from surveillance video appears as though it could be a late model Mitsubishi Outlander, a member of the public commented on the post.
