How did you think of the name?

“Hybrid describes our training method. We don’t just employ grueling workouts, our trainers are well versed in different models of fitness to keep things fresh and always new.”

Why start a business here?

“It’s a great small town with a lot of charm and character.”

What business are you in?

“We are in the business of personal training, fitness and lifestyle change.”

What is the most difficult challenge you have faced as a business owner?

“The most difficult challenge is getting out and meeting new people. Networking with more people locally would be phenomenal.”

What’s been your favorite moment/proudest achievement since opening?

“Our proudest moment so far is seeing a client reach a goal weight, they thought impossible for the first time.”

How does your business give back/get involved in the community?

“We will be doing a charity workout at the end of March to raise $1,000 for the NP area scholarship fund. In February we completed the wod22 which is a fund for the prevention/awareness of veteran suicide.”
