Oktoberfest, Manna on Main Street 5K Highlight Week Ahead
A look at a few of the events this week in the North Penn area.
Lansdale Oktoberfest: Free entrance and activities and tickets for beer and food at Lansdale's Oktoberfest event Saturday, beginning at 11:30 a.m. Proceeds benefit Lansdale Library. Activities include pumpkin decorating, scarecrow making and German dancing.
Manna on Main Street 5K: The Race to End Hunger fundraiser to benefit the Lansdale food pantry and soup kitchen kicks off at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Knapp Elementary School. A 1-Mile Fun Run is at 8 a.m. The popular Shopping Cart Challenge will take place immediately after the 5K ends.
Adult Dodgeball: LineUp 31 invites adults to relieve stress and chuck a ball at some peers Tuesday night at Holy Trinity Church in Lansdale. There is a fee for the event.
