As I age, I realize how important relationships are to maintain emotional and physical health.
How has this made a difference in your 2025?
I lost a dear friend this year, and although it was devastating to watch her slowly pass away, it made me be grateful for the time I shared with her this year. It also made more appreciative of those people in my life that I appreciate. I am truly blessed.
