South Africa Native Joins Blue Bell Real Estate Team

The local real estate company has announced the hiring of their latest agent.

BLUE BELL, PA Long & Foster Real Estate has a new realtor.

The real estate giant recently welcomed South Africa native Andrea Rabbiner to Blue Bell’s satellite location at 775 Penllyn-Blue Bell Pike, where she will be working with the Art Herling team, a press release states.

This office is managed by Blue Bell Manager and Vice President Debora Weidman-Phillips. Rabbiner will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

“We are very excited and fortunate to have Andrea join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Weidman-Phillips in a statement. “The combination of Long & Foster and Andrea’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”

Rabbiner is a results-driven, goal-oriented individual who is passionate about real estate. She joined the real estate industry two years ago and strives to ensure she represents her clients in the best way possible. Rabbiner’s love of real estate stems from her broad-based career as an entrepreneur, traveler and travel agent.

“I was drawn to work with Long & Foster, and specifically with Art Herling, because I saw an opportunity to use my overall knowledge and abilities to compliment the number one real estate group in the area,” Rabbiner said.

Rabbiner currently resides in Blue Bell, Pa., with her husband and two sons, ages 12 and 14. In her spare time, she loves to go to the gym, ride her road bike, snowboard and play tennis.
