Toll Brothers Announces New Homes For Montgomeryville's New Walnut Creek Community

MONTGOMERYVILLE, PA — Toll Brothers' Walnut Creek, currently under construction, will feature a brand new line of homes from the luxury real estate giant.

The company describes their new T Select townhomes as "smartly and efficiently designed" for a low maintenance lifestyle. Landscaping and snow removal are included.

“We’re very excited about launching T Select, as it brings the Toll Brothers experience to a whole new segment of buyers,” David Assid, Division President, told Montco.today. “There is a large market for homebuyers who are price conscious, but don’t want to compromise on quality or style. We’re putting stylish, high-quality homes within reach for those consumers.”

In addition to featuring the new home design in Montgomeryville, Toll Brothers will also be rolling out the T Select at their new development in Hatboro.

Both developments are slated to open this summer, and both will have units for sale from $300,000.
