Upper Gwynedd Fire Hoagie Sale Fundraiser is a Go

The special hoagie sale benefits Matthew Knoebel, a Lansdale teen battling leukemia at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia

Snow won't stop Upper Gwynedd Fire Department and Upper Gwynedd Mommy Market from making the life of a leukemia patient better.

The special hoagie sale to benefit Lansdale teen Matthew Knoebel is still scheduled for Saturday, beginning at 10 a.m.

"We have started prepping all the supplies for the event and are so excited to bring this back to help out such a young boy and his fight," states the public Facebook event page.

All proceeds will go to Knoebel and his family to help with medical costs.

Hoagies are offered in Italian, turkey and ham. All hoagies are made dry with condiments onthe side. Hoagies are $5 each.

There will be a drive-through service for the hoagies at the station at 660 Garfield Avenue, West Point. Cars enter via the parking lot off Third Street in West Point, Upper Gwynedd. Cars will drive through teh station, pick up the order and depart.
