2 Charged In Bristol Twp. Apartment Shooting

Bristol Township Police said two people broke into an apartment on Friday and shot the victim twice after having a previous altercation.

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA — Two people have been charged after they broke into an apartment of someone they had a previous altercation with, had another fight, and then shot the victim twice, police said.

The Bristol Township Police Department responded to the Millcreek Apartments for a possible home invasion at 12:10 a.m. on Friday.

The victim was treated for two gunshot wounds, taken to St. Mary Medical Center, and is listed in stable condition, police said.

Police said that 23-year-old Junell Osborne and 23-year-old Erica Montgomery came to the apartment after a previous altercation. They forced entry into the apartment, got into a physical altercation, and then shot the victim twice. Police recovered a gun from the scene.

Osborne was charged with aggravated assault, burglary, persons to possess firearms, and other related crimes. He was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility with bail set at $1 million with 10 percent.

Montgomery was charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, burglary, possession of an instrument of crime, and related offenses. She was arrested on Sunday, arraigned, and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility with bail set at 10 percent of $150,000.
